TOP GUN is a vigorous workout that will push you to a level you have never experienced. With a focus on High Intensity Interval Training, you will be able to build a bigger and stronger bridge to your goals. TOP GUN group class training will not only push you as an individual, but your teammates throughout the workout. This program is an invite only class that runs three days a week.
