Trudy Holler is a seasoned personal trainer with 35 years of experience. She was certified as a Group Fitness Instructor in 1988 and a Personal Trainer in 1992 through A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise). She worked in the fitness field at Club One - Shadyside until the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Trudy's field of expertise is in working with seniors who need challenged with an approach to fitness within their individual limitations and needs.
Strength training builds muscle mass, increases metabolism, and helps prevent osteoporosis. It also promotes an increase in self-esteem and mental acuity.
Trudy believes exercise and activity are essential in maintaining vitality and energy for healthy aging.
